"... to know
that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is
to have succeeded."
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
To instill in children that even small group contributions can improve the quality of life of others. To introduce children to small group democracy and engage them through local good works, gifting and micro lending.
Kids 4 Change empowers children with the knowledge and tools necessary to act on their innate sense of compassion, to become responsible stewards of society and the environment by committing time, ideas and resources to improving the lives of those less fortunate.
Kids 4 Change teaches children about societal, political and geographic differences around the world. We teach awareness of both man-made and natural disparities, and aim to instill an appreciation in our participants of the overall standard of living in the US and the quality of life each of our children enjoys.
The Kids 4 Change board is an all volunteer group. Projects are staffed by the Directors of the Board and participating parents.
